摘要
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a systemic inflammatory autoimmune disease characterized by chronic,symmetrical,destructive multijoint synovitis.Immune system disorders and inflammation play an im-portant role in its pathogenesis.In recent years,some studies have shown that glucose metabolism is involved in the abnormal activation of immune cells and the inflammatory reaction process,which is closely related to the pathogenesis of RA.Therefore,this paper reviews the relationship between glucose metabolism and T cells,B cells,macrophages,inflammation and insulin resistance in RA,as well as its role in pathogenesis.It may pro-vides a new idea for the treatment of RA.关键词
