摘要
Abstract
The cGAS-STING signaling pathway plays a crucial role in the regulation of immune response,which can sense the presence of DNA in the cytoplasm and activate a series of downstream molecules,leading to the release of inflammatory cytokines such as typeⅠinterferon,and ultimately participating in and regulating the occurrence of immune response.The pathogenesis of SLE is complex,immune dysfunction and cytokines such as typeⅠinterferon participate in the development of SLE.This paper will review the research progress of cGAS-STING signaling pathway in SLE,in order to provide a new direction for its diagnosis and targeted therapy.关键词
