五倍子敷脐预防ICU肠内营养相关性腹泻的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Applying Gallnut on the Navel to Prevent Enteral Nutrition Related Diarrhea in ICU

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of applying gallnut on the navel to prevent enteral nutrition related diarrhea in ICU.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,80 patients with enteral nutrition were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group was treated with gallnut on the navel in addition to the control group,which was done at the end of each day.The medication was left for 6 hours,once a day,for 7 consecutive days.We observe the diarrhea score and incidence rate of diarrhea in the two groups of patients on the 3rd,7th,and 14th day after the start of enteral nutrition.Results Intergroup comparison:The difference in diarrhea scores between the two groups on the 7th and 14th day of enteral nutrition was statistically significant(P＜0.05);Intragroup comparison:For both of the two groups,there were statistically significant differences between the data collected on the 7th and 14th day and the data collected on the 3rd day of enteral nutrition(P＜0.05).The experimental group had statistically significant differences on the 14th day of enteral nutrition compared to that on the 7th day(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of gallnut on the navel can effectively alleviate diarrhea related symptoms in ICU enteral nutrition patients and reduce the incidence of enteral nutrition related diarrhea.关键词
