摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of the combination of octreotide acetate and esomeprazole sodium on the inflammatory response and prognosis recovery in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods 86 AP patients admitted to Fuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated with Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to August 2023 were selected. They were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with octreotide acetate, while the observation group was treated with octreotide acetate combined with esomeprazole sodium regimen. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(x2=4.073,P<0.05).The acute physiology and chronic health scoring system Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ)scores of both groups of patients decreased significantly(t=71.274,P<0.05;t=43.718,P<0.05),and the APACHE Ⅱ scores of the observation group decreased more significantly compared to the control group(t=12.030,P<0.05).The observation group had three inflammatory indicators of the body, and the values of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),and white blood cell count were lower than those of the control group(t-values of 3.740,5.188,and 4.352,respectively,with P values<0.05).The observation group had shorter recovery time for prognostic indicators(spontaneous defecation, relief of abdominal pain, improvement of abdominal distension, and hospitalization)compared to the control group(t-values of 3.183,2.561,2.216,and 2.058,respectively,with P values<0.05).Conclusion The combination of octreotide acetate and esomeprazole sodium has a significant therapeutic effect on AP patients, which can effectively reduce the body's inflammatory response, improve the patient's health status, and promote their prognosis recovery.关键词
