盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼分娩镇痛对初产妇及新生儿影响的临床研究

Abstract
Objective Comparing the effects of ropivacaine hydrochloride and sufentanil combined with epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia on stress response in primiparous and neonatal outcomes.Methods The 60 primiparous women included were from the Obstetrics and Gynecology department of our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023.They were randomly divided into the study group(ropivacaine hydrochloride sufentanil combined with epidural anesthesia for delivery analgesia)and the control group(ropivacaine regimen),with 30 cases in each group.The stress response indicators,pain relief effect,Apgar score at 1 and 5 minutes,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,and heart rate indicators in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the statistical results showed significant differences(P＜0.05);The analgesic effect of the study group after childbirth was lower than that of the control group,and the statistical results showed a significant difference(P＜0.05);After intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in scores between the two groups of newborns at 1 and 5 minutes(P＞0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 1 case(3.33％),which was lower than that in the control group of 10 cases(33.33％),and the statistical results showed a significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Performing ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil epidural anesthesia for primiparous undergoing epidural delivery analgesia is beneficial for shortening the active period of the first stage of labor,improving analgesic effects,reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,and not affecting maternal motor nerves and newborn health,which is very safe.关键词
