非嗜酸细胞性食管炎的嗜酸细胞性胃肠病研究进展
Advances on research in the field of eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders beyond eosino-philic esophagitis
摘要
Abstract
Eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders(EGIDs)is one group of immune-mediated chronic diseases characterized by eosinophil infiltration in gastrointestinal tract.Eosinophilic esophagitis(EoE)is one of the most adequately studied diseases.Prevalence of non-EoE EGIDs has increased gradually in recent years.Etiology and pathogenesis of non-EoE EGIDs remains unknown.Hypersensitivity and Th2-type immune re-sponse play important roles in pathogenesis.Clinical manifestations depend on location and depth of eosinophil infiltrations in gastrointestinal wall.Laboratory examination,imaging findings and endoscopy can provide impor-tant information for diagnosis and pathologic results of tissue biopsy is the cornerstone for diagnosis.Dietary ther-apy and corticosteroids are major methods for treatment.Other treatments include mast cell stabilizers,leukot-riene antagonists,antihistamines,immunomodulators and biological agents.Biological agents provide novel ther-apeutic options for refractory or corticosteroid-dependent non-EoE EGIDs patients.关键词
