基于瘀毒理论探究带状疱疹诊疗思路
Exploring the Diagnosis and Treatment Idea of Herpes Zoster Based on the Theory of Stasis and Toxicity

Abstract
Herpes zoster is an acute inflammatory skin disease caused by the varicella zoster virus.It is characterized by the sudden appearance of erythema on the skin,followed by the rapid appearance of clustered blisters.The skin lesions follow a certain nerve and are distributed in a strip shape,located on one side of the body,accompanied by obvious neuralgia pain.It is a common disease in dermatology.Traditional Chinese medicine has long known the disease,called the disease"snake string sore""entangled waist fire pills"or"fire belt sores"and so on.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the main pathogenesis of this disease is invasion of external poison,internal dampness of poison,stagnation of Qi and blood and obstruction of meridians.Based on the importance of"theory of stasis and poison"in herpes zoster,the method of clearing heat and detoxification was selected to remove the hot toxic evil in the body,the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method was used to dissipate local blood stasis,and the method of fuzheng and dispelling evil was taken into account to provide theoretical basis and diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical treatment of herpes zoster.关键词
