腹腔镜下胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术40例临床分析
Clinical Analysis of 40 Cases of Laparoscopic Gastroduodenal Ulcer Perforation Repair
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair and laparotomy.Method 80 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation were divided into observation group(laparoscopic)and control group(open abdomen)according to the operation method,with 40 patients in each group.The clinical index and gastrointestinal recovery index,serum pain-related substances and the occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results The surgical indicators and complication rates of the observation group were significantly superior to those of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of SP,PGE2,TFN-α,IL-10 and IL-6 at 1 h after operation in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair is relatively safe,which can shorten the recovery time of patients and reduce postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
