复方电解质注射液(Ⅱ)与醋酸林格液对重症创伤患者早期液体复苏效果
Effect of Multiple Electrolytes Injection(Ⅱ)and Acetated Ringer'Solution on Early Fluid Resuscitation in Patients with Severe Trauma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of different balanced crystalloids on fluid resuscitation and prognosis in patients with severe trauma,providing reference for the alternative crystalloids of fluid resuscitation.Method The severe trauma patients in the ICU were randomly assigned to receive Sterofundin solution(group SF,n=100)as experimental group and acetated Ringer's solution(group RA,n=98)as control group.The data of renal injury(including the serum creatinine and blood urea or a major adverse kidney event within 30 days),the arterial blood gas(including pH,base excess value,standard bicarbonate value and serum lactate),duration of mechanical ventilation,duration of vasopressors,length of stay(LOS)in ICU and LOS in hospital 28-day survival rate in two groups was collected.Results The serum creatinine,blood urea and major adverse kidney event within 30 days were not significant differences between two groups(P>0.05).Compared with control group,pH,base excess value,standard bicarbonate value and serum lactate in experimental group demonstrated signi-ficantly earlier and faster return to normal range in early fluid resuscitation(within 24 hours)(P<0.05).There were no differences of the primary clinical outcomes(including 28-day survival rate,duration of mechanical ventilation,duration of vasopressors and LOS in ICU and hospital)between two groups.Conclusion Multiple electrolytes injection can quickly correct Metabolic acidosis during early fluid resuscitation of severe trauma,but this biochemical advantage does not improve associated clinical outcomes comparing acetated Ringer'solution.关键词
