摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training based on King goal attain-ment theory on cardiopulmonary fitness and blood pressure in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Method A total of 84 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were divided into control group(n=42)and experimental group(n=42).The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, and the experimental group received cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training on the basis of conventional rehabilitation treatment, both groups lasted for 12 weeks. The changes of cardiopulmonary function(LVEF,FS,BNP,VO2max,AT,METS),lung function(FVC,FEV1/FVC),blood pressure and exercise self-efficacy were compared between two groups before and after intervention. Results Compared with before intervention, the levels of LVEF,FS,VO2 max,AT,METS,FVC,FEV1/FVC and the scores of exercise self-efficacy in two groups after 12 weeks interv-ention were higher than those before treatment, and the increasing amplitude in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(all P<0.001).The levels of plasma BNP,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in two groups decreased, and the reduction range of experimental group was greater than that of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training based on King goal attainment theory can significantly improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease, reduce blood pressure, enhance the body's exercise function, promote the rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases, and maintain cardiovascular health.关键词
