摘要

Abstract

The black currant cutting seedlings are taken as the research object,decomposed rice husks,broad-leaved tree bark,and coniferous dead branches and leaves are mixed in a certain volume ratio to prepare seedling substrate for seedling cultivation experiments.The rooting situation of different seedling substrates is analyzed,and the most suitable seedling substrate formula for black currant cutting is selected to improve the rooting rate of seedlings and provide technical support for efficient expansion of factory seedling cultivation,solve difficulty in handling agricultural and forestry waste and insufficient peat substrate.The results showed that the optimal substrate for cutting black currant seedlings with hard and tender branches was as follows:rice husk+coniferous dead branches and fallen leaves(larch)+broad-leaved tree bark(poplar)(2∶1∶1)and rice husk+broad-leaved tree bark(poplar)+peat(2∶1∶1).The rooting rate of hard and tender branches cutting seedlings reached over 91%,and the comprehensive rooting quality reached over 48.Therefore,the mixed organic matrix has a loose texture and good permeability,which is conducive to the extension of seedling roots and can meet the needs of plant growth.This confirms the feasibility of biomass materials instead of peat for cultivating black currant seedlings,which can provide scientific basis for the industrial production of organic matrix seedlings.
