智能化中药栓剂灌装设备研制与试验
Development and Testing of Intellectualized Filling Equipment for Suppositories of Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
An automatic filling equipment for TCM suppository based on the working principle of plunger pump was designed and developed in view of high energy consumption,low efficiency and common non-standardization of TCM pharmaceutical equipment.The filling efficiency,temperature control and positioning accuracy were tested as indexes.The test results showed that the automatic filling equipment of Chinese suppository could guarantee the quality of the product,realize efficient filling and reduce labor.The infusion rate could reach about 360 sticks per minute,the positioning error is about±0.8%.关键词
