Abstract
In order to solve the problems of common bullet processing,such as too many forming processes,low degree of production automation,too many equipment and personnel,the research on the integration of automatic assembly of common bullet is carried out.After analyzing and researching the composition structure of the warhead,the existing warhead assembly process and various technical problems,the structure unit and the corresponding control system of the automatic warhead assembly machine are designed,and six processing and inspection processes are integrated into one automatic warhead assembly machine,which greatly improves the assembly production efficiency and automatic integration degree of the warhead.The results show that the technology can improve the manufacturing efficiency of the warhead,reduce the production cost,improve the product quality,and produce greater economic and social benefits.关键词
