Abstract
The paper reviews the changes of its main functions and the evolution of the water environ-ment sinstruction of Guanting Reservoir 70 years ago.The paper focuses on the new situation and new re-quirements of reservoir operation management and water resource security since the 18th CPC National-Congress,anchors the goal of restoring the function of drinking water resources of Guanting Reservoir in 2035.The paper proposes multiple measures to ensure water quality,water quantity and ecological securi-ty,to improve the water security of the capital.关键词
