Abstract
During the period from late July to early August 2023,a heavy rainfall process occurred in the Guanting Reservoir basin.As a control hub project in the upstream of the Yongding River,Guanting Res-ervoir fully intercepted the upstream flood and reduced the flood control pressure in the downstream of the Yongding River.Through in-depth review and analysis of the rainfall,water conditions,flood forecast-ing and scheduling of the"23·7"heavy rainfall in Guanting Reservoir Basin,summarize the rainstorm runoff law and flood forecasting experience,sort out the problems existing in rainfall response and flood control operation,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the"four pre"capacity of Guanting Reservoir.关键词
