摘要

Abstract

With the proposal of China's"Dual-carbon"target and the rapid development of national carbon market,it is of significance to explore the development and optimal dispatching strategy for power system under the carbon market environment.In this paper,an improved strategy for electricity-carbon joint demand response based on the optimal dis-patching of low-carbon economy is proposed with the objective of minimizing the power system's cost and its carbon emissions.In this strategy,the carbon cost in the carbon emission rights trading market is introduced into the demand response objective,and the optimal strategy for each node in the system to participate in demand response is obtained through the method of day-ahead simulation and optimal regulation.The research results show that the improved strate-gy proposed in this paper can effectively reduce carbon emissions under the condition of meeting the demand response requirements.
