Comprehensive Experimental Design of Preferential Orientation of Zinc Metal by Heat Treatment for Enhanced Electrochemical Performance
摘要
Abstract
Aqueous zinc metal batteries have promising potentials in electrochemical energy storage due to their inherent safety and low cost.However,their practical application is hindered by side reactions during Zn deposition/stripping.In this experiment,we report a simple heat treatment to achieve preferred orientation of the Zn(002)plane in Zn foils.Then,the effect of this change on electrochemical properties is evaluated.This experiment is closely related to the cutting-edge research topics based on crystal chemistry and electrochemistry,which would greatly inspire students'interest in scientific research.关键词
