众源模式的地理信息服务协同更新OACSTPCD
Collaborative Update of Geographical Information Services Using Crowdsourcing Mode
针对地理信息服务更新频率不高的问题,提出"众源采集、众包组织、众库协同"体系方法.该方法集成多种变化监测手段挖掘各类地理信息,采用众包组织的方式将地理信息企业纳入一体化地理信息服务协同更新系统中,以分布式网络链接基底空间数据库与行业数据库,通过心跳线检测行业数据库现势性,实现跨区域、跨部门、跨行业协同更新地理信息服务."天地图·广西"实践效果表明,该方法能突破传统的集中式作业方式,发挥网络化、本地化、碎片化的众包组织采集优势,地理信息服务滚动更新…查看全部>>
