Glucose Solution Detector Based on Artificial Electromagnetic Metasurface Structure

Abstract
A glucose concentration detection device based on artificial electromagnetic metasurface structure is put forward.The electro-magnetic wave near-field focusing characteristic of artificial metasurface reflection is high sensitive to dielectric constant,which can real-ize high precision detection of glucose solution concentration.The structure size of the artificial metasurface is 400×400×1 mm3,consis-ting of 20×20 heterogeneous artificial electromagnetic metasurface units with different electromagnetic wave reflection phase differences.In order to verify the feasibility of the design,experimental tests are carried out on glucose solutions with different concentration values.The measured findings reveal that the change of glucose concentration value will lead to the change of the relative dielectric constant of the solution,which will have a significant impact on the focusing characteristics.The maximum detection error of glucose solution is less than 3.8%,and the detection linearity is better than 0.96.关键词
