Abstract
The"Pilot Reform Program of Enrollment for Basic Disciplines"(PRPEBD)aims to select students with top innovative talent,excellent comprehensive quality,and serve the country's major strategies.Cultivating PRPEBD students is the complete embodiment and mission of educating people for the party and the country.In the face of the different characteristics of the PRPEBD students,con-structing a student growth-centered and output-oriented talent growth archives for"new agricultural sci-ence"the PRPEBD students is conducive to guiding PRPEBD students to self-management,self-educa-tion,and self-service.Based on the growth archives of PRPEBD students,the evaluation index system is formed by investigating the validity of relevant measures to build a talent evaluation system with the core of"all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor."Through the construction of the system,it provides a sound research basis for classified evaluation,scholarship evalu-ation,student career planning,etc.,helps students to"develop the five-education simultaneous develop-ment",and provides an excellent theoretical exploration and practical reference for the development of systematic talent evaluation and innovative talent training.关键词
