海洋高等教育与海洋经济湾区协同发展的思考
Reflections on the Collaborative Development of Marine Higher Education and Marine Economic Bay Area

Abstract
Marine higher education is one of the essential driving forces for developing the marine eco-nomic bay area.The layout of marine higher education is closely related to the development of the ma-rine bay area.Since modern times,China's marine higher education layout has experienced from a gap to arduous planning,and then has entered a stage of rapid development after enrichment and improve-ment.With the gradual formation of three major marine economic bay areas in the north,east and south of China,the collaborative development of marine higher education and marine economic bay areas has become an important proposition.In this regard,marine higher education needs to optimize the propor-tional structure of the allocation of marine higher education resources to meet the development of the marine economic bay area.To meet the needs of the development of marine economic bay area,it is necessary to set up a reasonable talent cultivation system for marine universities,to strengthen the inter-action between marine higher education and the marine economic bay area,to integrate the marine high-er education resources,to connect the three major marine economic bay areas,and to build several high-level marine universities.关键词
