Classified Recruitment and Training:Current Situation Investigation and Path-Creation

Abstract
Classified recruitment and training are the direction and trend of undergraduate teaching re-form in China in recent years.Based on the Sunshine College Entrance Examination platform data,this paper analyzes the current situation of classified recruitment and training from four aspects:the level of implementation of colleges and universities,the competent department,the type of discipline,and the nature of investment.It is found that there are problems such as unclear understanding of the core objec-tives of the reform,widespread organizational convergence,mixed reform models,and related support-ing reforms that cannot keep up with the reform requirements.It puts forward the necessity of correctly recognizing the reform,choosing the organizational model suitable for the school,accelerating the con-struction of matching teaching resources,and further promoting the path-creation methods of institution-al system reform.关键词
