Abstract
The essential quality characteristics of top-notch innovative talents are clarified by analyzing the origin,strategic positioning,and primary connotation of cultivating top-notch innovative talents in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities.In view of the fact that the cultivation of top-notch in-novative talents in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities is faced with the challenges of students'lack of"knowing agriculture and loving agriculture"feelings,the current situation of teaching staff is not compatible with the requirements of cultivating top-notch innovative talents,and the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship ability and social serviceability of students in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,it is proposed to cultivate students'"knowing agriculture and loving agricul-ture"feelings under the guidance of Yuan Longping scientist spirit,create a"indomitable spirit"type top-notch teaching staff,and extend the"3+3+3"path framework of the"industry-university-research collaboration"education mechanism.关键词
