Abstract
The Qixian Section of Huiji River has not been systematically managed for more than 40 years.Due to the historical legacy and the imperfect management mechanism,the project has been in disrepair for a long time.The river channel has been seriously silted.The flood control and waterlogging capacity has been reduced.The disasters are frequent.The comprehensive treatment project of the Qixian section of Huiji River mainly includes river dredging and dredging,embankment improvement,culvert gate matching,bridge supporting,flood control road construction,etc.The implementation of the project can enhance the flood control capacity of Huiji River to control waterlogging and flood control.It provides guarantee for the safety of people's lives and property and the safety of economic and social development.It also promotes the rapid development of grain production and the economy of the county,and realize the goal of people-oriented and building a harmonious Qi County.关键词
