A Practicial Exploration of Modern Apprenticeship System with Chinese Characteristics under the Background of Double High-level Plan

Abstract
The Double High-level Plan adheres to education with Chinese characteristics and the integration of production and education,which is of great significance to the modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.Apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics is one of the construction contents of the Double High-level Plan.It will also become one of the basic models of vocational education in China.Relying on the third batch of modern apprenticeship pilot projects of the Ministry of Education,this paper expounds the important significance of the Double High-level School background to the modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics in terms of content,policy,power,etc.The exploration process of the starting implementation,pilot construction,promotion,application,summary and improvement of the modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics in the water conservancy specialty of Henan Vocational College of water resources and environment are introduced.The characteristic practices of curriculum system construction,resource co-construction and sharing,double tutor team construction,student management and so on are also introduced,which can provide reference for other colleges in the cultivation of modern apprenticeship talents with Chinese characteristics.关键词
