The Impact of Digital Transformation on New Quality Productivity
摘要
Abstract
This article takes listed companies from 2011 to 2022 as research samples,and based on the deep logic of digital transformation empowering the improvement of new quality productivity,examines the impact,mechanism,and heterogeneity cha-racteristics of digital transformation on enterprise new quality productivity.Research has found that:(1)digital transformation has a significant positive impact on the development of new quality productivity in enterprises,and the technological and management in-novations brought about by digital transformation meet the conditions for the emergence of new quality productivity.(2)The digital transformation of enterprises with different characteristics has heterogeneity in the development of new quality productivity.Compared to other types of enterprises,digital transformation is more conducive to improving the new quality productivity of technology inten-sive enterprises,eastern enterprises,and state-owned enterprises.This helps enterprises to deeply understand the characteristics of new quality productivity and help them improve it.(3)The mechanism test results show that digital transformation mainly pro-motes the development of new quality productivity in enterprises through two channels:technological innovation and management in-novation.Technological innovation is the underlying support for the development of new quality productivity,while management in-novation provides institutional guarantees for technological innovation.关键词
