摘要

Abstract

As a kind of green productivity,new quality productivity is an important factor to achieve the goal of carbon peak carbon neutrality.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces,regions and municipalities in China from 2013 to 2022,this paper con-structs an econometric model to investigate the impact of new quality productivity on carbon welfare performance and its mechanism.It is found that the new quality productivity can effectively improve the carbon welfare performance,and this effect is more signifi-cant in the eastern region and the region with good institutional environment.The impact mechanism test shows that the new quality productivity can indirectly realize the increase of carbon welfare performance by promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and improving the efficiency of resource utilization.The moderating effect test shows that disruptive technological innovation positively moderates the impact of new quality productivity on carbon welfare performance.Therefore,it is necessary to speed up the cultiva-tion of new quality productivity to provide logical support for the construction of a new pattern of green development and the accelera-tion of Chinese path to modernization.
