数字基础设施建设对共同富裕的影响研究
Study on the Impact of Digital Infrastructure Construction on Common Prosperity

Abstract
China is in an overlapping period of digital transformation and promoting common prosperity.Digital infrastructure construction has become a new opportunity to ease the"digital divide"and boost common prosperity.On the basis of explaining the theoretical relationship between digital infrastructure construction and common prosperity,this paper conducts an empirical test with a sample of 290 prefecture-level and above cities from 2011 to 2020.The study shows that digital infrastructure construction can positively affect common prosperity.Further analysis reveals that mobile communication base stations,Internet broadband infra-structure,5G base stations,mega and large Internet data centers,and intelligent computing centers have a decreasing impact on common prosperity.The mechanism analysis shows that the construction of digital infrastructure promotes common prosperity by im-proving the efficiency of capital allocation and promoting labor mobility,and its impact effect is more significant in non-central ci-ties and cities within urban agglomerations.The study will optimize the layout for a new phase of digital infrastructure construction,promote the flow of factors between regions,and assist all individuals in achieving common prosperity.关键词
