Abstract
N06200 nickel-based alloy with thickness of 6 mm and S32168 stainless steel manual TIG welding joints with three heat treatment processes are analyzed and compared by microstructure,mechanical properties,fracture morphology and corrosion properties.The results show that the TIG welded joint of N06200 nickel-based alloy and S32168 stainless steel is composed of equiaxed austenite and dendrite growing perpendicular to the fusion line.The maximum tensile strength of the welded joint after heat treatment at 1 050℃is 736 MPa,which is close to the strength of N06200 base metal,and 9.05%higher than that of the welded joint without heat treatment(675 MPa).The welded joints without heat treatment and with 1 050℃heat treatment are both ductile fracture,the fracture mode of the welded joints with 1 050℃heat treatment is mixed ductile and brittle fracture,and the hardness of the weld area is higher than that of other areas.The IMCs near the N06200 nickel-based alloy side are NiFe and Ni2Cr,and the IMCs near the S32168 stainless steel side are composed of FeCr and Ni3Fe.The main texture of the grains in NiFe phase is<011>fiber texture,and the orientation of the grains in Ni3Fe phase is more obvious,which is<111>fiber texture.关键词
