Abstract
The problems of Charpy impact absorption energy in heat-affected zone(HAZ)of base pipe weld,excessive yield ratio of pipe body and substitution of raw materials are analyzed and discussed.Based on the thermal simulation method,a personalized induction heating bending process suitable for a variety of specific pipe is formed,and the production of X80 high strength induction heating bending pipe for batch construction is completed.The correctness and feasibility of the thermal simulation evaluation method in the current material selection specification for induction heating bending pipe are verified by several cases where the mechanical properties and composition indexes are obviously deviated from the engineering specification.关键词
