摘要
Abstract
Colorectal cancer is a relatively common malignancy in the gastrointestinal tract,typically treated with surgical resection.Postoperative anastomotic leakage(AL)is a common infectious complication following surgery.The occurrence of postoperative AL can delay the anticipated timing of chemotherapy,increase economic burdens on patients,raise the likelihood of secondary surgery,prolong hospital stays,and intensify conflicts between medical staff and patients.Inflammation indicators can be used for the early prediction of AL,facilitating the development of treatment plans by clinical departments.Procalcitonin(PCT)is a pleiotropic protein with broad biological activity and plays an important role in predicting or ruling out AL after colorectal cancer surgery.The C-reactive protein/serum albumin ratio(CAR)is an important indicator that reflects systemic inflammation,immune level,and nutritional status.Both of them are effective in the early prediction of AL,and their combined use may offer greater predictive value.关键词
