Abstract
The 316L stainless steel hydraulic pipeline in well A and well B of Bohai oilfield broke during service,resulting in on-site workover and replacement of pipe string.The reasons for the failure of the liquid control line were analyzed bymacroscopic inspection,physical and chemical detection,metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The results show that there are dense distribution of ferrite and chain distribution of Cr-rich carbides along the grain boundary of the sample in the failed pipe section,which leads to intergranular corrosion in the H2S-containing medium in the well.Intergranular cracks occur on the outer surface under the action of tension,and gradually spread from the outer wall to the inner wall along the circumference and until the cracks penetrate the thickness of the pipe body wall,and instantaneous fracture failure occurs.关键词
