为侨服务工作体系的实践系统论建构
Construction of Practical System Theory for the Service System for Overseas Chinese
摘要
Abstract
Serving overseas Chinese is the starting point and goal of dealing with overseas Chinese affairs for the Communist Party of China,which can be viewed as complex system engineering.From the perspective of practical system theory,this paper deeply explores the essence and laws of serving overseas Chinese,and conducts a positive interaction between theo-retical innovation and practical innovation,and analyzes the dialectical relationship of relevant systems,elements and envi-ronments to optimize system structure and connections,meanwhile emphasizes the active role of individuals in practical sys-tems to improve the overall function of the system,then explores the relationship between serving overseas Chinese and the Party's corresponding systems in different times,and the relationship between the internal elements of the system.We should adhere to the principle of"people-oriented and serving overseas Chinese"and comprehensively strengthen the con-struction of the practical system theory for serving overseas Chinese.关键词
