城管执法社会认同何以可能
Social Identity in Urban Management Law Enforcement From the Perspective of New Institutional Theory

Abstract
Previous studies on urban management law enforcement focused on analyzing the system and legal aspects,em-phasizing the analysis on the phenomenon of urban management law enforcement,lacking research on social identity in ur-ban management law enforcement.However,this issue is constrained by researchers'subjectivity,the breadth of research objects,and the limitations of research methods,resulting in the problem of"how it is possible".Taking the"new institu-tional theory"approach,this paper explains from three aspects:subjective to objective,from"human"to"institutional",and from"loose"to"systematic",and finds that the institutional elements that affect the social identity of urban manage-ment law enforcement include normative,actor,and conceptual elements.The three elements are centered around actors and serve as a bridge for communication between normative and conceptual elements.Its institutional operation mechanism is manifested in spatial production,social constraints,and media amplification.Therefore,it is possible to enhance the le-gitimacy and rationality of urban management law enforcement as an administrative power,thereby promoting the formation of social identity in urban management law enforcement through systematic institutional solutions.关键词
