摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of unstable welding quality caused by traditional manual welding and semi-automatic welding in urban pipeline construction,an all-position automatic welding process of self-shielded flux-cored wire pipe was designed.The welding method of argon arc automatic root welding+self-shielded flux-cored wire automatic welding filling and cover welding,with 22° U groove and Φ1.6 mm JC-29Ni1 wire,the mechanical properties of the welded joint can meet the standard requirements.This process can provide reference for all-position automatic welding of urban pipeline.
