苗床施硒方式对水稻生长发育及籽粒富硒的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD

以粳稻品种南粳46为材料,于苗期应用新型包膜缓控释硒肥,设置2种硒肥施用方式[基质土混拌硒肥育秧(基质土处理)和基质块下撒施硒肥育秧(基质块处理)]、4种硒肥浓度(15、30、45、60 kg·hm-2)及不施硒肥对照(CK)处理,测定秧苗素质、产量及籽粒硒含量等相关指标,研究苗期一次性于秧盘内基施缓释硒肥对水稻生长发育及籽粒富硒的影响,探究新型硒肥简化施用方式.结果表明:与CK相比,秧苗成苗率随硒肥施用浓度的增加而下降,基质块处理成苗率均显著高于基质土处理.施用硒肥后,盘结力则随成苗率的下降而降低,秧苗其他素质随着硒肥浓度的上升而增加.2种育秧方式下秧苗中硒积累量较CK显著增加,60 kg·hm-2硒肥处理较15 kg·hm-2硒肥处理秧苗硒积累量分别提高67.53%、84.49%.与CK相比,硒肥处理秧苗漏插率增加,产量分别降低1.06%~16.27%、1.35%~3.35%.2种育秧方式下施用硒肥处理籽粒硒含量较CK分别增加46.63%~223.71%、62.38%~249.89%,最大值分别为127.09、139.50 μg·kg-1;同一硒肥浓度下,基质块处理籽粒硒含量均高于基质土育秧处理.综上,基质块下撒施硒肥可在保证秧苗正常成苗且稳产的情况下实现籽粒中硒的富集,是一种可行的苗期简化施硒方式.

To study the effects of one-time application of slow-release selenium fertilizer in seedling on rice growth and grain selenium enrichment,and to explore a new simplified application method of selenium(Se)fertilizer.Nanjing 46 Ja-ponica rice was applied with a new type of coated slow-release Se fertilizer at seedling stage.The seedling quality,yield and grain selenium content were determined in the treatments of two Se fertilizer application methods(substrate soil mixed with Se fertilizer and substrate block spreading Se fertilizer),four Se fertilizer concentration levels(15,30,45,60 kg·hm-2)and no Se fertilizer control(CK).The results showed that:compared with CK,the seedling formation rate decreased with the in-crease of Se fertilizer application concentration,and the seedling formation rate of substrate block cultivation was signifi-cantly higher than that of substrate soil cultivation.After the application of Se fertilizer,the consolidation force decreased with the decrease of seedling formation rate,and the quality of other seedlings increased with the increase of Se fertilizer concentration.The accumulation of Se in seedlings under the two seedling rearing methods was significantly increased compared with CK,and the accumulation of Se in seedlings treated with 60 kg·hm-2 was 67.53%and 84.49%higher than that treated with 15 kg·hm-2.Compared with CK,the leakage rate of seedlings treated with Se fertilizer increased,and the yield decreased by 1.06%-16.27%and 1.35%-3.35%,respectively.Compared with CK,the content of Se in grains of two kinds of seedlings treated with Se fertilizer increased by 46.63%to 223.71%and 62.38%to 249.89%,re-spectively,and the maximum values were 127.09 and 139.50 μg·kg-1,respectively.Under the same concentration of Se fertilizer,the content of Se in grain of substrate block seedling rearing was higher than that of substrate soil seedling rearing.In this experiment,the application of Se fertilizer under the substrate block can achieve the enrichment of Se in the grain with ensured the normal seedling growth and stable yield,which is a feasible way to simplify the application of Se at seedling stage.
