Abstract
To enhance the effectiveness of quality supervision for long-term major projects,based on the construction environ-ment and characteristics,and in accordance with the principles of ensuring project quality and achieving design functions,the Anhui section(water conservancy part)of the Yangtze-to-Huaihe river water diversion project serves as an example.Through the improvement of the quality supervision system,the adoption of the"1+N"approach for handling quality supervision proce-dures,the development of segmented and categorized supervision plans,and the establishment of a first-time quality supervi-sion arrival system,effective government quality supervision measures were implemented.These measures ensured the quality of the project and successfully achieved the goals of water conveyance and navigation.The innovative ideas and methods of quality supervision can provide reference for other similar projects to carry out quality supervision.关键词
