ANALYSIS OF THERMAL POWER UNIT LOSS AND DESIGN AND REALIZATION OF INFORMATION PLATFORM

Abstract
Increasingly less energy puts forward higher requirements for energy saving and consumption reduction in thermal power plants.Reducing coal consumption of unit is the key problem to reduce the operating cost of power plant.According to the characteristics of different operation modes and parameters of the unit,three methods were proposed to determine the target values,which were unit design value,K-means clustering algorithm to optimize the operation test value and variable condition calculation.The boiler thermal deviation calculation model and cyclic function method were used to analyze and calculate the consumption difference of a 600 MW thermal power unit.The information platform of the consumption difference analysis was designed and realized,which provided effective guidance for the power plant to save energy and reduce consumption.关键词
