火电机组耗差分析及信息平台设计实现OA北大核心CSTPCD
ANALYSIS OF THERMAL POWER UNIT LOSS AND DESIGN AND REALIZATION OF INFORMATION PLATFORM
能源日益减少对火电厂节能降耗提出更高的要求,降低机组煤耗是减少电厂运行成本的关键问题.依据机组不同运行方式及参数各自特点,提出采用机组设计值、K-means聚类算法优化运行试验值及变工况计算这三种目标值确定方法.采用锅炉热偏差计算模型与循环函数法对某600 MW火电机组进行耗差分析计算,最终设计实现耗差分析信息平台,为电厂节能降耗给予有效指导.
Increasingly less energy puts forward higher requirements for energy saving and consumption reduction in thermal power plants.Reducing coal consumption of unit is the key problem to reduce the operating cost of power plant.According to the characteristics of different operation modes and parameters of the unit,three methods were proposed to determine the target values,which were unit design value,K-means clustering algorithm to optimize the operation test value and variable condition calculation.The boiler thermal deviation calculation model and cyclic function method were used to analyze and calculate the consumption difference of a 600 MW thermal power unit.The information platform of the consumption difference analysis was designed and realized,which provided effective guidance for the power plant to save energy and reduce consumption.
