DESIGN AND APPLICATION OF ACUTE PANCREATITIS SPECIALIZED DATABASE BASED ON SHENKANG MEDICAL UNION PLATFORM

Abstract
In order to better meet the clinical research needs of acute pancreatitis,it is urgent to establish a standardized and multi center specialized disease database to guide clinical continuous improvement of diagnosis and treatment quality.With the support of the municipal government,we have collaborated with nine municipal hospitals to develop a multi-center standard data model for acute pancreatitis.Based on the Shenkang Medical Union platform,the multi-center and multi-source heterogeneous data fusion natural language processing technology was standardized and deeply processed and integrated.A structured specialized disease database was implemented,and it supported researchers in conducting relevant clinical research.The municipal acute pancreatitis specialized disease database can promote standardization of data aggregation,improve clinical research level,and promote the application of information technology.关键词
