Study on the characteristics of low-temperature heating start-up of refrigeration engine oil
从制冷剂与油品的相溶特性角度出发,对比研究不同相溶特性条件下低温制热启动时油面变化差异,分析低温制热启动过程中制冷剂在润滑油中溶解度的变化情况,提出了针对润滑油低温启动特性的解决方案.在低温启动过程中,制冷剂溶解度随温度缓慢变化的油品(难溶油),溶解度变化减少约17%,油温上升至稳定的时间约为600 s,具有更稳定的油面;制冷剂溶解度随温度快速变化的油品(相溶油)在低温启动过程中,制冷剂溶解度减少约34%,油温上升至稳定的时间约为300 s,相比…查看全部>>
