摘要
Abstract
At present, the exhaust holes in the internal cavity of the common integrated stove oven on the market are set near the bottom of cavity, lower than the exhaust holes position on the external air intake box. After long-term use,it is easy to cause the sewage reflux from the internal exhaust holes of the steaming and roasting cavity, which seriously affects the customer experience. In order to completely solve this customer pain point,it is necessary to move the internal exhaust hole position of the cavity up and the upper exhaust hole position of the external intake box down to ensure that its position is higher than the intake box exhaust hole position, forming a"high inside and low outside".The steaming and roasting performance of the integrated stove and the cooking effect of the food were compared and tested before and after the change of the exhaust holes position of the integrated stove. The results showed that the steaming and roasting performance of the integrated stove oven became worse on the micro level after the change of the exhaust holes position of the integrated stove, but there was little difference on the cooking effect on the macro level. After the change of the position of the exhaust holes of the independent integrated oven, the microcosmic steaming and roasting performance became better, and there was almost no difference in the macrocosmic cooking effect. Therefore,in order to solve the problem of sewage reflux in the internal cavity of the integrated stove, the position of the exhaust hole can be adjusted.关键词
