乡村振兴背景下促进兵团农工合作社高质量发展路径研究
Study on Path of Promoting High-quality Development of Agricultural and Industrial Cooperatives in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in Context of Rural Revitalization

Abstract
Agriculture is the dominant industry of the Corps,and the important role of agricultural and industrial cooperatives in promoting rural revitalization further stimulates the potential value of the agricultural industry,activates the resources of the whole industrial chain,and promotes rural revitalization,which is an important direction of future development.Based on the data of a typical division and city of the Corps,through literature research and field research,the paper summarizes three typical development modes of the agricultural and industrial cooperative of the Corps,namely the basic type,the classic type and the leading type.It is pointed out that there are some difficulties in the development of agricultural and industrial cooperatives,such as the overall situation is large but not excellent,the internal management needs to be improved,and the external conditions are not perfect.Therefore,the optimization paths such as strengthening the guidance of grassroots party building,rationalizing the internal operating mechanism,and improving the external support structure were put forward,in order to promote the high-quality development of the Corps'agricultural and industrial cooperatives.关键词
