四川省农业农村现代化实现度与耦合协调度评价
Evaluation of Realization Degree and Coupling Coordination Degree of Agricultural and Rural Modernization in Sichuan Province

Abstract
Based on statistical yearbook and other relevant data,the evaluation index system of the development level of agricultural and rural modernization in Sichuan Province was constructed,and the realization degree and coupling coordination degree of agricultural modernization and rural modernization in Sichuan Province and 21 cities and prefectures were measured.The results show that:(1)The overall level of agricultural and rural modernization in Sichuan Province is low,and the realization degree of rural modernization is higher than that of agricultural modernization.Chengdu and Panzhihua cities have entered the stage of accelerating the realization of agricultural and rural modernization,11 cities and states such as Mianyang are in the stage of agricultural and rural modernization transformation and upgrading,and 8 cities and states such as Dazhou are in the initial stage of agricultural and rural modernization.(2)The average coordination degree of Sichuan Province is at the primary coordination level.Panzhihua City reaches the high coordination level,and Chengdu and Ya'an City are at the intermediate coordination level.Dazhou and Bazhong are on the verge of imbalance,and the other 16 cities and states are at the primary coordination level or barely coordination level.(3)The overall efficiency of agricultural industry system is still insufficient,and the output value of agricultural product processing is relatively lagging behind.Scientific and technological activities of agricultural production system still do not play a full role,and there are great differences in the level of agricultural mechanization.The development of agricultural enterprises and family farms in the agricultural management system is slow,and the agricultural service institutions have not been effectively implemented.In view of this,it is proposed to strengthen the top-level design of agricultural and rural modernization,ensure the implementation of relevant plans for agricultural and rural modernization development,strengthen the coordinated development of agriculture and rural areas,drive rural modernization with agricultural modernization,and strengthen the coordinated development of the agricultural industrial system,production system and management system.关键词
