Abstract
With the comprehensive implementation of the integration of industry and education,higher requirements are put forward for education management in colleges.The implementation paths of the education management mode in higher vocational colleges under the perspective of the integration of industry and education are as follows:grasp the needs of enterprises and determine the training direction;strengthen cooperation and implement collaborative education;improve the management mechanism to promote the integration of industry and education;innovate educational management methods;carry out teacher training and team building;strengthen the guidance of students'practice and employment;optimize the allocation of resources and improve the quality of education;build an information sharing platform to improve the integration of industry and education.关键词
