Abstract
Ideological and political work is the lifeblood of the reform and development of vocational colleges.Under the new situation,it is necessary to fully recognize that strengthening and improving ideological and political work in vocational colleges is an irresistible general trend.Taking the actual situation of the Healthcare Management Department of College A as an example,through practical exploration,we've continuously summarized the rules of ideological and political work,and explored the topic from four aspects:the problems,main practices,results and inspirations,in order to provide reference and thoughts for improving the quality and effectiveness of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges.关键词
