Abstract
Nursing students in higher vocational colleges are on the front line of nursing work,serving patients who passively receive medical services.Therefore,correct labor values and excellent labor skills are crucial,but currently labor education is"narrowed"and"weakened",leading to the poor effect of labor education.Based on PERMA model,the nursing major of higher vocational colleges needs to actively find out the law,and construct the"3+x"labor education system for nursing students,laying a foundation for nursing students to establish correct labor values,and improve labor skills and professional literacy.关键词
