摘要
Abstract
Forest resources are the most important natural resources.Due to the special role of forest in the terrestrial ecosystem,forest resource assets not only reflect the economic value,but also contain ecological and social values.The purpose of asset entrusting management is to maintain and increase the value of assets and ensure that the interests of the asset owner are not damaged.However,forest resource assets are largely different from general economic assets in terms of assets maintenance and appreciation.This paper classifies the categories of forest resources,and discusses the principal-agent models,which could be adopted for different categories of forest resource assets,in view of the principal-agent problems.At the end,suggestions are proposed to achieve the maintenance and appreciation of forest resource assets.关键词
