Abstract
The paper analyzes the dynamic changes of Putian's ecological forests from 2019 to 2023 in terms of total area,spatial distribution,category structure and stand quality.With consideration of the effectiveness in ecological forest management in Putian City over the years as well as the problems faced,especially the problems rising in ecological forest management after the integration of forest-grassland-wetland database with the Third National Land Survey database,the paper comes up with the countermeasures to optimize the structure and layout of ecological forest in the city,including:1)Reasonably zoning ecological forest in accordance with ecological niches;2)Carrying out partial optimization and adjustment as required;3)Strengthening the guidance over the reasonable selection of sites for project planning and implementation;4)Fully tapping the potentials in the ecological forest reserve through multiple channels;5)Improving the quality and the ecological service&function of ecological forest;and 6)Exploring to improve supplementation mechanism for ecological forest,such as off-site requisition-compensation balance.The study is expected to provide a reference for decision-making on rational zoning,supervision,protection and restoration of ecological forests in a scientific manner.关键词
