Abstract
Quality control and management of food testing laboratory is the key to ensure the accuracy and reliability of food testing results.With the increasing attention to food safety,the role of food testing laboratories has become more and more important.In order to ensure the quality and safety of food,it is necessary to establish a scientific,standardized and strict management system to ensure the operation of the laboratory in line with relevant laws and standards.In this paper,the key elements of quality control and management in food testing laboratories will be discussed in depth,and how to improve the quality level of food testing laboratories through appropriate management measures and technical means will be discussed.关键词
