摘要
Abstract
This article takes Jiajiadian Farm in Chaoyang County,Liaoning Province as a case study,and provides a detailed description of the basic overview and construction technology model of the pilot project village.It highlights the implementation of clean heating technology model,low-carbon housing technology model,and solar photovoltaic utilization model,and proposes relevant considerations from the perspectives of top-level design,establishment of carbon accounting system,and widespread participation of farmers.Policy incentives are also discussed specific suggestions have been put forward for industrial development,energy conservation and emission reduction,in order to provide reference for relevant pilot construction.关键词
